[Operation]
  Up key : power (throttle) up
  down key : power down
  left key : left bank (aileron)
  right key : right bank
  E : nose down (elevator)
  C : nose up
  F : noze right (rudder)
  S : noze left
  T : select model type, airplane or helicopter
  Y : select before type
  R : retry
  P : change simulation speed (frame per second)
  I : change input
      0 : keyboard 1 : mouse 2 : joystick 3 : RC-propo
      RC-propo is not so good mode, propo can use USB simulator interfece with mode 2
  V : nose camera on/off
  M : flight mode for helicopter
      0 : normal 1 : acrobat (zero throttle = Invert)
      be care ch6 = pitch when RC-propo
  B : sound change
      0 : mix 1 : midi 2 : wave audio
      (MIDI of Vista is not perfect)
  K : change kaze(=wind)
      0 : no wind 1,2 : weak wind 3,4 : strong wind 5 : storm
  W : change sky color (weather)
