CAP [ON|OFF] [TSO|DEFAULT|CMD]
TSO :set default for TSO file.
DEFAULT :set default for the file other than TSO file.
CMD :When files is CAPs ON, extend the effect of CAP-ON also
to command input line.
-Fix input letter to uppercase.
To input lowercase use Shift-key.
CapsLocks key is effective on the other place than the file contents.
(Note)Because linux console version can not detect shift key,
"CAP ON" exchange upper and lower case.
When CapsLock is off "CAP ON"'s effect is same as the other version.
When CapsLock is on,"CAP ON" put lowercase without shift-key
and put uppercase with shift-key.
-Without TSO/DEFAULT,set for the file currently opened.
And toggles status if no operand specified.
-Default is TSO:ON, DEFAULT:OFF, CMD:OFF.
