mpsftp - file transfer tool on mobile phone

The program allows a user to transfer files to and from a mobile phone for CDMA by au in Japan.

Supported device

mobile phone has data folder, for CDMA by au in Japan.

Requirements

UNIX environment
Serial port
CDMA-Serial cable

It is possible to make out the cable (same as C-MOS ↔ RS-232C level converter) if you want.

The USB cable cannot be used. The cable as USB-serial converter is unknown.

To use

Check battery enough before use
Return standby screen to use
Do not disconnect in communication progress
Do not operatate mobile phone in communication progress
Do not interrupt program in progress, if possible

Connect mobile phone and serial port with cable
Runs program as permitted user to use serial port
Type command to do something
Type ``exit'' to terminate session and exit
Disconnect mobile phone and serial port

mpsftp accepts the following command:

mpsftp command table
command and arguments	content
ls	list contents of remote directory
ll `remote-file`	information of remote file
get `remote-file` `[local-file]`	receive file
put `local-file` `[remote-file]`	send one file
exit	terminate session and exit
set `name` `value`	set value to paramter (device, baudrate, framesize)
! `[command [args]]`	escape to the shell

Following are known problems:

Error exit when serial port cannot open
No messages when file cannot read or write
No messages when missing arguments
No locale
Japanese filename is EUC-JP only to convert charator code
No escape to the shell

Recommended ja_JP.eucJP, or, no Japanese use.
