Main changes:

Add a setting of MakeDocNovel for texts written in every two lines.

MakeMeDocMac is the set of the following three applications that transform TEXT files into MeDoc or Doc format files:

MakeMeDocMail tranform from Eudora-J mailboxes,

MakeMeDocDiary transform from "diary"-format text files that is typically on WWW.

MakeDocNovel transform text files of novels etc. from WWW into Doc format

DOC Readers on the Palm OS device that process MeDoc format are MeDoc, Haut MeDoc & Crs-MeDoc. You nead a DOC fomatter, either MakeDocDD or Doc-4JD .

The coding of MakeMeDocMac is based on that of MakeMeDocW, which is a Windows application.
