< OME_Move (v. 1.0) Help
1. OME_Move window
"OME_Move" window appears after launch. The window has "Do" button and "Setting" button.
Pushing "Do" button moves mails according to rules given in the setting window so far, then the application quits. Pushing "Setting" button closes "OME_Move" window and open "OME_Move Setting" window.
If you push no button in 3 seconds, "Do" button is pushed automatically.
2. OME_Move Setting window
Pushing "Setting" button in "OME_Move" window closes "OME_Move" window and open "OME_Move Setting" window.
2.1. Rule table
All the rules to move mails appears in the table at left of the "OME_Move Setting" window. Clicking one of them shows the detail in the right. Keyword or keydate at the third line appears on the table.
2.2. Key to move
Popup menu in the first line determines the key to judge if the mail is moved. Key is either file name, or mail header of From, Suybject, To, Date.
2.3. Comarison method
Popup menu in the second line determines how key of mails is compared to keyword or key date of the third line. If the key is either file name or heder From, Subject, To, then comparizon method is either contains, starts with, ends with, coincides with key word. If the key is Date header, comparizon method is befor, until, since, after coincide with key date.
2.4. Keyword or key date
If the key in the first line is either file name or header From, Subject, To, then the third line is keyword to compare. If the key in the first line is Date header, then the third line is key date to compare that is specified by year, month and day.
2.5. Source folder
Source folder in the fourth line should be specified by relative path from the root folder of OME (usually "OS_Mail_Environment") or absolute path. You can use open panel by pushing "Choose..." button to specify the folder. Mails in this folder are checked and moved if it meets the condition.
2.6. Destination folder
Destination folder in the fifth line is specfied as relative path from OME root, absolute path, or by selecting in open panel that is invoked by pushing "Choose..." button.
2.7. Buttons at lower-left
"Add" button adds the setting in right as a new rule to move mails. "Modify" button replace the selected rule in the left table by the setting in right. "Delete" button deletes the selected rule in the table.
2.8. Buttons at lower-right
"Do" button moves mails by rules in the table at left. The window remains open. "Quit" button quits OME_Move without moving mails. "Do & Quit" button moves mails then quits.
