Stamps current date and time to the comment field of items dropped (droplet) or items added to a folder (folder action). It prefixes a count index to every stamps so that to be sortable in Finder as following example:
"0001 Monday, July 9, 2001 11:59:59 PM"
A useful tool for sorting Finder items with the date actually created in storage containers (e.g. extracted archives).
