SZ is a side length of the tetrahedron in pixel. RZ is how many pieces to devide the one side in pixel during the calculation. Therefore maximum RZ = SZ. Also important is that RZ must be >= 10.
Big RZ and SZ will be good and well detailed result, however, long calculation.
