= File select

        {SELect | ST | SB | SH | SN | SC(=SL) | SCN(=Si) | SK | SKN(=SJ)}
               [file-name]   [options...]

            -Effective on dir-list panel only.
             Depending on directory open command,EDIt or BROwse cmd is
             issued with concatenated filename of operand and directory
             name which is displayed on header line.
             if dir has only one member file-name parameter may be omitted.
            -Select command verb for the file to be opened.
